Depending on the features you use, TradeIQ may process account identifiers, Telegram profile information, trading journal entries, setups, trading plans, performance information, preferences, and information received from supported connected trading accounts.
Connected trading accounts
TradeIQ integrations are designed around view-only or read-only access where supported. TradeIQ does not need withdrawal permissions and is not designed to use connected credentials to withdraw funds.
How information is used
Information may be used to provide journaling, trade detection, analytics, setup monitoring, discipline features, account synchronization, notifications, support, security, and service improvement.
Security
TradeIQ uses technical and operational safeguards intended to protect user information and connected-account data. No internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.
Third-party services
Some TradeIQ features depend on third-party platforms such as Telegram, trading exchanges, brokers, payment providers, and infrastructure services. Their own privacy policies may also apply when you use those services.
Your choices
You may choose not to connect supported trading accounts and may contact TradeIQ regarding privacy or account-data questions.
